Zek provides an AI-powered financial platform that enables users to send, receive, and manage money internationally through supported messaging applications including WhatsApp, Telegram, and iMessage. Our Services leverage stablecoin infrastructure for cross-border payment settlement.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To use our Services, you must register and complete our identity verification process in compliance with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities
• Transmit funds on behalf of third parties without proper authorization
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our compliance and security systems
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Zek or any third party

5. Fees and Pricing

We may charge fees for certain transactions and services. All applicable fees will be disclosed to you prior to completing any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Services after fee changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.

6. Transactions and Finality

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all transaction details including recipient information and amounts. Transactions processed through our platform may be irreversible once initiated. Zek is not liable for losses resulting from user errors in transaction instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to our software, AI models, design, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Zek and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Financial services involve inherent risks, and Zek does not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zek and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zek and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, third parties, or us, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
